                                                                                                                                                                                      Compositeur, riddim maker et guitariste, Barbés.D est un réel actviste du reggae & dub. Après plusieurs expériences de groupes tels Jamasound et Electrodunes. Depuis 2010 c’est en solo, loin des grandes villes qu’il œuvre et compose ses propres dub dans son mini home studio (Natural Studio), il collabore avec de nombreux artistes de tout horizon :  Joseph Coton, Lone Ranger, Kojo Neatness (Jamaïque), Dan i Locks, Ante (Sweden) , El Fata, El Indio (Uk), Mo'Kalamity, Biga Ranx, S'Kaya, Sista Bethsabée, Ras Mykha, Ras Hassen Ti  .... . Ses productions font déjà raisonner les caissons des Sound System ina Outternational, elles sont régulièrement jouées par des artistes  tels Aba Shanti-I , Jah Shaka , Channel One, King Shiloh   ainsi que de nombreux  Sound Systems  !!  Ses Tracks se  retrouvent sur des Labels Vinyle tels : Belleville International aka Patate Records , Culture Dub Records et Dreadlyon Records  , sur  des Nets Labels comme  ODG Prod & Patate Records en distribution digital  & Compilations CD ,  

        Sur scène, son projet prend la forme d'un live acte dub énergique: il remixe ses propres productions en direct grâce à une table analogique et à des effets savamment dosés. Le résultat est simple : un cocktail détonnant entre reggae steppa, uk dub et early digital. Aussi bien adapté à un sound-system qu'à une sono classique, Selon l'ambiance du moment en solo ou avec un featuring, il façonne ses mixes et leur donne un visage different à chacune de ses apparitions pour le plus grand bonheur des massives. 

                  , en 2022 avec 16 vinyles au compteur et des albums / EP en digital distribution , le Dubber est toujours aussi productif ,   2  EP  4 tracks  "Horns vibration" feat Fred Buram   sortiront en  janvier et mai 2023 sur  le label Patate Records

                                                                                                                                                                Barbés.D Composer, riddim maker and guitarist, Barbés.D is a longtime activist of the dub scene. He founded in the late 90 the band Jamasound with whom he has given many concerts until 2004. Then the group Electrodunes arises from his meeting with artists from Beni Abbés (Algeria) which create a subtle mix of reggae, electro dub, traditional southern algerian singing and drumming and saw the birth in the end of 2006 of the excellent album "Saharian Vibes" ( Label Nuits Metis  / Music Mosaic)

 

since 2010, Barbés.D, works in a « solo » way, composing his own dub in his home studio (Natural Studio)

He collaborates with various artists like , Joseph Cotton, Kojo Neatness (Jamaica), Dan I Locks, Ante, King Ital   (Sweden), El Fata, El Indio (uk), Biga Ranx, Mo'Kalamity, Ras Mykha , Ras Hassen ti ,  Sista Bethsabée, Don Camilo, ( France ) Houari Douli (Algeria),... !!  

His Productions already make the subwoofers resound ina outternational Sound  System ( Jah Shaka, King Shiloh, Channel One, Blackboard Jungle) ,  They can be found on Net Labels ( ODG prod ), digital platforms , Compilations CD and Vinyl Label such as Belleville International (Patate Records), Culture Dub Records and DreadLyon Records

 

On Stage his project takes the form of an energetic Live Act Dub; he remixes his own productions in live with an analog table and effects carefully balanced

the result is simple: an explosive cocktail between Reggae Uk Dub and Early Digital
